Roasted Whole Turkey with our cranberry orange dressing, 20 to 22 pounds

Maryland Crab Cakes, jumbo lump crab cakes with Creole remoulade, serves 10

Salmon fillet glazed with citrus and fresh herbs, serves up to 12

Poached salmon side-no bone, 3 to 4 pounds with a lemon aioli sauce, serves up to 8

Roasted pork tenderloin with an Asian ginger glaze and sauce serves up to 12

Artisan cheese board imported and domestic cheese accompanied by fig preserves, fresh and dried fruit, baguette, crackers and flat breads
