Our staff is behind the line to carve and to help serve your guests. A selection of food will be set up with 5 or 6 items with a minimum of 2 entrees, generally a salad, 2-3 sides and a selection of breads.
A sample menu for a buffet:
- Roasted tenderloin of beef with a sour cream and horseradish sauce
- Boneless chicken breast roasted with almonds and lemon white wine and mustard sauce.
- Oven roasted rosemary potatoes
- Grilled asparagus
- Tomato, basil and mozzarella with a balsamic glaze
- Caesar salad with homemade garlic Caesar dressing
- Assorted breads and butter
